- All sales are final — payments for Basic, Professional, or Subscription plans are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for "change of mind," dissatisfaction with voice selection, or incorrect text input by the user.
- Preview samples are available before purchase to help users confirm quality.
2. Basic & Professional One-Time Plans
- Refunds are only possible in the case of a verified technical failure on our servers that prevents voice delivery.
- Once voice generation begins (even partially), the order is considered completed and is not eligible for a refund.
- User errors — such as wrong text, wrong voice selection, or mispronunciation — are not covered.

Always listen to preview samples and carefully review your text input before confirming your order. This helps ensure you're satisfied with your selection.
3. Subscription Plans
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.
- Cancellations stop future billing but do not refund the current billing period.
- If a subscription is cancelled before the end of the billing cycle, you will retain access until the cycle ends, with no partial refunds.
4. Refund Processing (Rare Cases)
- Approved refunds (for verified technical faults only) will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- All refund claims must include order details and proof of the technical error.
